1899 Mar. 25 Cover sent from Tangshan to USA, franked on reverse with 10c Coiling Dragon stamp tied by small double ring Tong-shan Post Office dollar dater, with Imperial Chinese Post Office Tientsin 25 MAR 99 and Shanghai 29 MAR 99 transit, through Japanese post office in Shanghai for onward transport to the USA via Yokohama (the Japanese stamp is cut out on front), with New York and Mount Vernon arrival cds.
